Work on the Newlin Crossing Master Planned Development has begun . This Development will be Included into the Stonegate Village Metropolitan District, and it includes both residential and commercial parts. You will see earthwork beginning in November, extending through the winter. Utilities and other infrastructure will follow beginning summer 2024. Most notably, the sanitary sewer system along Newlin Gulch will have to be upgraded from Jordan road, south towards the Development. You will probably see activity in this area in the Spring, although a set schedule has not been released yet. The project will include residential homes, commercial businesses, trails, and parks which will all be accessible to the Stonegate Community. It will be ongoing for several years as they first focus on the home building.
